Newly Framed Art – Part 1

A few weeks ago, I was re-organizing my library/art studio and found several large items to frame. They are posters, antique or vintage prints, prints of classic art and some original art. I framed up a dozen and have another dozen to do. I took a picture of a sampling that will be in my shop. In the picture, left to right, is an original, signed nude; a poster about canoes (SOLD!); a reproduction 1890’s print of fish (SOLD!); a vintage hunting scene; an original black/white woodcut of a musician (SOLD!) and a print of a picture of Moat Mountain in Conway, NH (SOLD!) by a White Mountain painter from the late 1800’s. On top of those is a full size reproduction print of a Van Gogh.

I’ll be researching provenance to go with each item. They are ready to hang in new frames. The next batch I’ll frame will highlight some Tamworth, NH items.
